Child policy:

Child up to 7.99yo: comp stay and breakfast with paying adult

Child between 8 to 11.99yo: stay and breakfast at 50% off adult price – extra bed and breakfast will be charged

Child 12yo and above is considered adult: 100%

RATE

All rates are quoted in UAE dirham, the local currency of the U.A.E, inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% municipality fee and
5% VAT, but subject to AED 20 Tourism Dirham per room, per night. All government charges & fees are subject to change at
any time during this agreement should government amend regulations. All changes advised will be applied automatically to
the rates offered.

 The rates are not applicable for group bookings (08 rooms and more).
Groups rates need to be requested separately through the sales department
Rates are non-commissionable.

The Meal Plan

The Policy on children (which may vary between hotels)
The specific conditions, which may be:

25hours Breakfast is served in Tandoor Tina as International Buffet
Half Board and Full Board are served as Set Menu sharing, inclusive of soft beverages in either:
Tandoor Tina (fusion between North Indian and British cuisine) – except for Saturday Lunch
Ernst Biergarten – except for Saturday Dinner
Breakfast or Half Board taken outside designated meal timings or areas will be charged separately.
Any meals ordered through Room service in the room are chargeable.
Half/Full Board has to be taken for the entire duration of the stay and by all parties booked. Half/Full Board cannot be booked for
individual days only (unless arrival/departure time does not allow to consume the Half/Full Board, one night can be booked on a bed
and breakfast basis).
Guests will not be refunded for any unconsumed meals.

Half Board and full board is not applicable for festive meals(Christmas eve dinner,day lunch, new year's eve dinner and new year's day lunch).

Check in and Check Out Timings
The hotel agrees to make its rooms available for check in from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. Room check out should be completed by
12 noon on the day of departure.
Should guests wish to extend their stay beyond the period originally booked and confirmed by the Agent, the “Hotel” will apply the Best
Flexible Rate for the extended period unless the accommodation extension request is channeled to the “Hotel” through the Agent. All
extensions are subject to availability.

Connecting rooms & bedding requirements (king or twin)
Offered upon request, subject to availability at the time of check-in. Bedding requirements must be stated at the time of booking
however will remain subject to availability.
Accessible rooms – 6 Glamping Rooms are subject to availability

Guests will not be refunded for any unconsumed meals.
Half Board, Full Board and All Inclusive is not applicable for Festive Meal (Christmas Eve Dinner, Christmas Day Lunch, New Years Eve Dinner and New Years Day Lunch).
For guests booking the Half Board (HB) Meal Plan on 25th December, only dinner will be provided.

Festive Season 2025
New Year Gala Special Dinner are subject to additional supplement.
