The hotel is just 25 minutes away from Dubai International Airport (DXB) and just 30 minutes from Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) and surrounded by the Arabian Gulf, shopping malls and Dubai's most featured restaurants.
446 guest rooms and suites offer a generous variety of 5-star accommodation at the white shore of the Gulf. The majority of the spacious Tower Rooms have direct or partial sea view, while Garden Rooms enjoy the embrace of landscaped gardens. Club Rooms, Ambassador, Royal, Penthouse and Presidential Suites impress their guests with rich Arabic luxury and hospitality.
For meetings, conferences, weddings, and banqueting, the resort features Al Andalus - a magnificent ballroom with a space of 926 square meters. The ballroom is decorated in a traditional style with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment. It divides into five sections depending on the conference requirements. In additional, there are three meeting rooms and a pre-function area which offer ideal breakout venues for smaller groups. The resort also features garden pool, beach, and lawn functions can be customized with dining set up and entertainment to accommodate up to 1500 guests.

• All room rates per room, per night. The rates are inclusive of breakfast with VAT & Taxes included. Present prevailing fee and service charge are included. In the event of increase in fees and/or service charge/or value added tax imposed by the Government, the Resort reserves the right to increase the rates accordingly.
• During the Holy month of Ramadan and some other public holidays during the year, restrictions may apply for the operations of the restaurants and bars as per the UAE law.
• Early departure will be subject to full charge in accordance to the original reservation.
• NO CHANGE OF NAMES IS ALLOWED AFTER RESERVATION WAS MADE.

• Half Board inclusion are not available for Christmas Day lunch & Christmas Eve Dinner (however alternative options will be provided and advised on the day), New Year's Brunch.
• Accordingly on these days HB can be utilised as follows: 24 December - Lunch; 25 December - Dinner only.

• On the day of check-out, the all inclusive package is valid until 12:00 pm only. (Please refer to the recent updated AI Flyer)
• All supplements have to be taken for the full duration of stay and for all parties booked. Supplements cannot be booked for individual days only (Unless arrival / departure time does not allow consumption of the specific supplement, in this case, 1 night can be booked on BB basis).
• All supplements will be limited during the Festive season “Christmas Period 24th & 25th December and New Year Eve Period”. Hotel reserve the right to change the inclusions of the packages without prior notice.
