RATES AND YIELDABILITY
Yieldable Net Rates are current as of the date of the Agreement and subject to change. Rates and availability are subject to Hotel’s blackout dates, available upon request. Hotel reserves the right to increase or decrease rates. Hotel reserves the right to increase, decrease or cease making guest rooms available at any time; this applies to freesell, on request, or any other method that the Hotel chooses to make rooms available to you, your Channels or your Other Channels. Prior notice will be given to you of any rate or availability changes. Any reservation(s) made prior to a rate or availability change as detailed must be reported and confirmed to the Hotel within 24 hours of the rate of availability change notification.
Extra Adult Person Charge & Rollaway Beds:
The baby cot can be placed in all room types and is offered free of charge and subject to availability. (Suitable for children up to 3 years old).
All extra beds are on request and subject to availability.
Meal Supplements:
Half Board supplement is considered on either Lunch or Dinner with water only, excluding breakfast.
Full Board supplement is considered on Lunch and Dinner with water only, excluding breakfast.
Any room service will be charged at full price directly to the guest.
All meals for half or full board will be either set menu, buffet or dining credit at hotel’s discretion.
Food items taken outside the set menu, aside from the buffet or in another outlet will be charged accordingly.
The guest will not be reimbursed for the unconsumed meal plan nor will the hotel reimburse the difference.
Half board booking on 24th December, 2024 can be availed lunch only.
Full board booking on 24th December, 2024 is considered to be on HB plus one of the Christmas Eve Dinner supplement options.
Half board booking on 25th December, 2024 can be availed dinner only.
Full board booking on 25th December, 2024 is considered to be on HB plus one of the Christmas Day Lunch supplement options.
Half board booking on 31st December, 2024 can be availed lunch only.
Full board booking on 31st December, 2024 is considered to be on HB plus one of the New Year’s Eve Dinner supplement options.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT TIME:
Check-in time: 15.00 hrs
We recommend that for arrivals between 01.00 and 15.00, a room is booked from the previous night. Should the guest not require a previous night booking, but wish to occupy the room before the official check-in time, an extra charge (subject to the hotel’s occupancy) will apply. An early check-in request needs to be booked in advance and is subject to availability. It will be re-confirmed in writing to the agency.
Check-out time: 12.00 hrs
Late check-out is subject to availability and chargeable accordingly to the hotel’s policy and paid by the guest directly to the hotel.
EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY:
Regardless of early departure of a particular reservation, all originally booked room nights (whether or not consumed) of such reservation will be billed to you. No refunds will be provided for early departure.
RECREATION FECILITIES:
Health club, sauna, & pool- Free of charge for hotel guests. Children uner the age of 16 years require supervision while using these fecilities
