All rates are net non-commissionable and inclusive of: Municipality fees, service charge and VAT.Tourism Dirham per bedroom, per night is not included in the rate and is payable by guests.The percentages are subject to change by government regulation and may be payable by you on the margin applied to the guest rooms over and above the room rate and subject to other terms and conditions of the applicable rate plan. Guests will not receive points or any other benefit in conjunction with Marriott’s loyalty program for reservations and bookings made through your service.
INCIDENTAL AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
a. Children Policy:
We will provide an extra roll away bed on complimentary basis for the first child, the first child will be under the same meal plan basis as parents. In case parents are paying for HB supplement, kid(s) will be paying as well.

b. Extra Rollaway Bed Rates:
Supplement applies per night per adult (16 years and above) for extra rollaway bed and breakfast
Supplement applies for 02nd child (05 – 15.99 years including) for extra rollaway bed and breakfast as per occupancy chart
Meal Supplement
Half board has to be taken for the full duration of stay and all parties booked, additional charges may apply as per above.
During 24.12.2024, 25.12.2024 and 31.12.2024 normal HB supplement is not valid.
Half Board supplement is applicable for lunch or dinner (still water is included in Sloane’s, the all-day dining restaurant, except on Saturday (as well as 24,25 and 31 December), when supplement may only be used for Dinner*.
*Should the guests wish to use their half board meal plan for Saturday Brunch, there will an additional supplement per person inclusive of non-alcoholic beverage. Children between 6 and 12 years will be charged an additional supplement and children under 6 years are free of charge.

Additional rate per person per night inclusive of municipality fees, service charge and VAT can be availed by guests dining in non- Dine around Outlets for Dinner only (excluding 24th December,25th and 31st December ).

There will be a choice of locations in the hotel with minimum age requirement in some venues. The hotel will advise details by November 2025 where bookings will be handled and confirmed by our Restaurant Reservation Desk subject to space availability. NEW YEAR’S POLICY
Please note that we are unable to accommodate any departure between 28.12.2025 to 01.01.2026 if the check-in date is between the mentioned period (both dates included)
CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT TIME:
Check-in time is 15:00 hours check-out time is 12:00 hours. All guests arriving before 15:00 hours will be accommodated as rooms become available. Baggage may be checked-in for those arriving early if rooms are unavailable.
