The Forge

Named for the intricate process of forging a steak-knife blade, the signature steakhouse restaurant serves specialty cuisine, paired with the finest wines, in a stylish setting. Open daily, closed on Sundays. Prior reservation recommended. Children aged 6 and below are permitted in the restaurant accompanied by their parents until 22:00 hrs (subject to change).

Giornotte

Like its name, which blends the Italian words for “day” and “night”, Giornotte celebrates the abundance of having it all. Inspired by an Italian villa, the restaurant offers all-day dining in its expansive dining room and on its wood-and-brick patio with garden views. Al Fresco

Outdoor dining doesn't get any more casual than at the delightfully breezy pool and beach restaurant offering indulgent snacks and an extensive drinks list at the pool bar.

Sorso

A traditional Ritz-Carlton bar experience with a great selection of drinks and bite-sized meals. Sporting events are broadcast on large screens ensuring the best viewing experience. Dolce

Italian-style Café offers fine coffee, espresso, home-made ice cream and light fare. Indulge in cakes, pastries and all sweet-wonders inside the charming Café, its lively terrace or take them away to enjoy them at the comfort of your home. Open daily.

Mijana

Named for the word that describes the poetic lyrics that begin Lebanese folk songs, Mijana embodies the theatrical side of contemporary Arabic cuisine. Here, you will discover a place where old meets new and tradition touches modernity. Surrounded by frosted glass, it transforms chefs into silhouettes as they prepare Lebanese and regional dishes.
